Holocaust Remembrance Day pays tribute to the 6 million Jewish victims of the Holocaust and all those who survived the Shoah as well. The London Jewish community comes together in prayer, song, and to hear words of remembrance and courage.
On Yom HaZikaron we remember Israeli Fallen Soldiers and Victims of Terrorism. It is an evening of prayers, poetry, reflection and song.
Yom Ha’atzmaut marks the day in 1948 when Israel was declared an independent country. We celebrate the day with Jacob’s delicious falafel dinner, Nicki’s tasty hummus and out-of-this-world Israeli salad, all prepared by a team of Israeli and other talented volunteers. It’s always a fun and vivacious evening!
